The Deliver for Good Campaign is built on three strategic pillars:
- Changing the Narrative: The Deliver for Good Campaign is redefining the global narrative around girls and women — from victims and vulnerable, to powerful agents of change and critical drivers of progress. By developing comprehensive policy briefs, infographics, and resources, Deliver for Good Campaign partners curate and disseminate evidence-based resources to support global and national advocacy and communications efforts that clearly convey why investing in girls and women positively impacts communities and the progress toward the SDGs.
- Mobilizing Cross-Sector, Cross-Issue, and Cross-Generational Stakeholders: The Deliver for Good Campaign is a network of partners, breaking down traditional silos and formalizing the engagement of stakeholders working across multiple sectors, issue areas, and generations.
- Inspiring Action: The Deliver for Good Campaign partners advocate for the implementation of concrete policies, programs, and investments that reflect the important role girls and women play in development and in achieving the SDGs. This includes developing and executing advocacy and communications strategies to ensure SDG implementation and development efforts put girls and women at the center.
The Deliver for Good Campaign has initiated dedicated advocacy and communication efforts in Kenya and Senegal, with work beginning in India soon. In each country, local civil society organizations are convening partners to drive country-specific advocacy and communications strategies devoted to ensuring girls’ and women’s issues are prioritized in the implementation of the SDGs. The country coalitions — comprised of cross-issue, cross-sector, and cross-generational experts — are designed to better facilitate the coordination of advocacy efforts across the range of areas affecting girls and women.
